Do I need to set up an account to make an order?

No, you can complete a purchase without an account, but if you have an account you will be able to see your order history and save your details so you don't have to fill them in again for your next purchase.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Email [email protected] with your order number and the changes you would like to make. We will do our best to help.

Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately this is not usually possible, but if you email us at [email protected] we will do our best to help.

UK VAT (already included in the costs) will be applied to orders shipped within the UK and Europe.




Exchanges are only offered for different sizes of the same item. If you wish to exchange to a different item, you can return the item for store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Exchanges are free of delivery charges if you are based in the UK, otherwise delivery charges will apply. If you are based outside the EU you will have to pay taxes and duties.


When returning your items, you can choose between a card refund to the original payment card or store credit (valid for 1 year).

Your refund excludes delivery costs (unless goods were delivered faulty or order was cancelled under the DSRs), which will be automatically deducted from the amount refunded to you.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note, card refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your statement due to the processing times between card issuers.



How to place an order

1 - Choose you item.

2 - Select the size you need.

3 - Choose the colour you like.

4 - Choose the quantity of your item.

5 - Click "Add to cart".

6 - Look at your cart and if you do need to change your item just click edit or remove before completing your order.

7 - In your cart click "Proceed to Checkout" .

8 - Fill in the Checkout form .

9 - Click "Place Order Now".
