Many people don’t actually know that makeup does go out of date. When the chemicals within makeup expire they lose their performance and quality. Even worse though, they can cause eye and skin irritation so it is useful to know when to replace your make-up.
Some products may occasionally have a little jar logo with a monthly expiration indicator beside it, to tell you how many months you should keep them for. You should not use your makeup past this point, as you will be risking the health of your skin.
