SHOPPING INFORMATION

Our site is unique as we have our own Then and Now products as well as products from some of the top stores around the world, to give you the best and most convenient shopping experience. Then and Now products can be added to shopping bag, paid for on the site, managed in My Account, and are shipped by us. All the information below, as well as our T&Cs, Privacy Policy and Delivery & Shipping refer to our products only. Orders made on other sites directed to from this website are subject to their own T&Cs.

First Time Orders

Please note, your first order with Then and Now can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a business address which can be verified. This is to protect you from credit card fraud.

Sizing

Sizes can vary between designers and items. Please use the Sizing Chart links on the product pages as well as our Size & Fit guides to help you choose the right size for you.

Packaging

Most items will be wrapped in white acid-free tissue paper with our braded stickers and our branded ribbons, depending on the items. Orders over £300/€350/$400 will be placed in our very own luxury carrier bags. Small item orders will be will be shipped in jiffy bags and larger items in DHL boxes.

Your Account

When you register with Then and Now, you are able to do the following through your account:

• Manage account details, address book, email preferences and credit card details
• Add items to your Wish List which you can share with others, and receive stock notifications when new stock arrives in your requested size
• Request returns, refunds and exchanges
• Track your orders
• When you register with you are also added to our mailing list to be notified of new arrivals and great offers

To create an account, click on Sign In button at the top of the website and follow instructions on the page for new customers.

Password

When you register you are prompted to choose a password for your account. Please choose a password that you can remember but that is not easy for people who know you to guess.

If you forget your password, you can be reminded of it by clicking here or by following instructions on the Sign In page.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Solo and Maestro credit and debit cards.

Payment Security

All transactions on this website are processed using Sage Pay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment and is a fully approved Level 1 payment service provider which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and can never be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Storing Card Details

Then and Now allows you to safely store your credit card details to provide you with a faster and easier shopping experience. Please note your full card details will never be displayed, except the last 4 digits to allow you to recognize which card is being used. These details can be deleted on the payment page by __________________.

Please note that you will need to re-enter card details if you change or add a new address. This is for your security and means that if someone other than you uses your account they will only be able to deliver goods to your saved address.
