Delivery and Shipping

For accurate prices, please select your delivery country from the link at the top of our website, or at the payment page. Any additional taxes and/or delivery costs will appear at the payment page. 

Delivery charges and times:

*DHL Economy service is available to the following countries, divided by estimates delivery times:

2-3 working days                                                                 3-6 working days

DHL delivers Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.  Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, from date of dispatch. Then and Now is not responsible for any delays caused by custom clearance or payment authorization.

Insurance

Then and Now insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your delivery address. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Then and Now, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes and Duties

Please select your country of delivery at the top of our website or at the payment page, in order to ensure the most accurate prices, taxes and delivery costs are displayed.

Taxes:

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. These will be clearly displayed on the Order Summary page before final confirmation.

UK VAT will be applied to orders shipped within the UK and Europe.
